Riders
Fundraising
Each rider on the 20-, 30-, and 62-mile routes commits to raising $500 to support the Autism Science Foundation. (4- and 12-mile family riders and 5K trail walkers raise at least $250 per person or family of up to two parents and two children.) If you’ve never fundraised before, that can sound daunting, but with a plan you can do it—and that’s what we’re here for!
Most riders are worried about fundraising when they start, but if you take advantage of our services, you can find yourself raising double, even triple the minimum! That's the difference Wall Street Rides FAR’s support can make.
Training
Do you need to be a top athlete to complete Wall Street Rides FAR? Absolutely not! Still, the routes, even the shorter options, have their challenges (aka hills!) so you do need to prepare.
Teams
Share the love—form a team! Being part of a team is a great way to build camaraderie and get some extra support. Any group of four or more Riders can share the experience! Start a team with your colleagues at your company or with a club, religious group, friends, or family. In addition to fun and prizes, every team can take advantage of these benefits:
To form a team, register for the ride as an individual. Once you have provided your information, you will receive a prompt asking if you would like to join an existing team or form a new one. Select the appropriate option and start that team fundraising, If you have questions about forming a team or team benefits, please email Katie Sime at ksime@autismsciencefoundation.org.

Volunteer Crew
Our extraordinary, volunteer crew have one job: To keep the riders and trail walkers safe and happy. They will anticipate our participants’ needs. At tricky turns our Motorcycle Safety crew will guide the riders safely through. Every 15 miles or less will be an “Oasis.” More than a simple pit stop, it’s a respite from the road with lots of cheering and a variety of snacks, water and sport drink, toilets, medical assistance and bike techs. Similarly, our crew will set up a water stop at the midpoint of the trail walk. Our sweep vans have a way of appearing when you need them. Do you have what it takes to be part of our volunteer crew? Registration is free, so sign up today!
Although Crew are not required to fundraise, you’re certainly welcome to do so. Some of our Crew raise hundreds of dollars each year!
